ACC choral camp is a day camp that kicks off Monday, June 7, 2010 and runs through Friday, June 11. The camp will take place at the University of Charleston’s Keenan Hall. Emily Capece, ACC Associate Director, will run the camp and will be assisted by area music teachers. The camp costs only $50 for all five days and includes a t-shirt.
The purpose of camp is to to promote appreciation and enjoyment of choral music in the lives of the children and families involved in the program and to offer the opportunity for children to audition for ACC.
Friends and family members will have the opportunity to see their children’s work for the week showcased in a performance on Friday, June 11 at 6 p.m. in the Geary Auditorium at the University of Charleston.
