Financial Assistance
Financial aid is available to qualifying students. For a child to qualify for financial assistance, their parent must complete a Financial Aid Application Form, which is available from the ACC Office.
Reapplication is required annually.
All applications for Financial Aid must be received in the ACC office by August 31 for each new season.
If a child joins after September 1st and needs assistance, a request may still be submitted. It must be done as soon as possible but no later than September 30th.
For mid-season enrollment in January: Financial aid requests must be submitted, to the ACC office, no later than January 31.
Forms are available by phoning the ACC office at 304-343-1111 or online. ACC does not great 100% assistance. Families must commit some small amount, monetarily, as well as invest volunteer time in fund-raising activities to assist the choir. When you receive your letter approving you for assistance, you MUST sign the letter and return it to the office for the aid to be applied. You will be advised what amount you are responsible to pay based on national poverty guidelines.
Special note: If you have problems filling out your form, please contact the office. We would be happy to assist with the paperwork.
